How the Auction Works

Thanks for joining our online auction in support of Kanali’s Cause and the animals of Solstice Sanctuary! There are TWO pages of auction items (be sure to click through to see them all!).

Here’s what you need to know before you start bidding:

Join the Auction to Bid (click green button above)

Everyone needs to register through the auction page before placing a bid and provide contact info. Click on the green "Join to Auction to Bid" button.
Bidders must be 18 or older.

Bidding Made Simple

Each item shows a minimum bid to get started. Some items also have a Buy Now button if you want to snag them right away.
You can receive text and email notifications on the items you've bid on. If you do not sign up, you will not receive notifications if you've been outbid.

Timing

All auction times are listed in Central Standard Time (CST).

Winning Your Item

If you’re the highest bidder when the auction closes, the item is yours! Please note that all sales are final—no returns, exchanges, or backing out.

Pick Up or Delivery

Each item description will let you know if it’s pick up only at the Sanctuary or if it can be shipped or emailed. (Any shipping details will be noted there, too.)
You must arrange pick-up of your item within 1 week of winning. All items must be picked up by November 7th.

Payment

Winners will receive credit/debit card payment instructions via our online platform. Please complete payment to claim your prize.

Tech Things

The auction system records bids in real time. If there’s ever a tie, the earliest bid wins. Please note we can’t be responsible for internet issues, device glitches, or other tech hiccups that may affect bidding.
